This is a heavy, custom-made circular medallion pendant by Ivevar Luxury with a significant amount of diamond detailing.

The piece features a bright yellow-gold tone and a multi-layered design. The center is fully iced out with pave-set moissanite diamonds forming a shimmering background. The central text, which appears to be "It's  Thousey Baby" (or a similar location name), is set in raised script on top of the diamonds. The outer border is a thick band of solid gold with inscriptions, possibly listing virtues or other text.
