    This is a large, circular custom medallion pendant by Ivevar Luxury, featuring a high level of detail and mixed metal tones.

    The design is heavily "iced out" with brilliant moissanite diamonds. The main area features a massive, stylized letter "MW" set entirely with elongated round-cut stones. Surrounding the "M" and along the border are pave-set round-cut stones. The script words "6MF" at the top and "MW" at the bottom complete the personalization. The piece uses a white gold tone for the background metal and outlines, creating a striking, luxurious contrast with the white brilliance of the moissanite.
